Each C11 timepiece is individually assembled and finished by hand after your order is placed. Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for your timepiece to be completed and dispatched.
Once your order is ready and dispatched, delivery typically takes 8–15 business days, depending on your location and the shipping destination.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed, along with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Order processing and verification typically takes 2–3 business days, depending on current demand levels and product availability. The made-to-order production period begins after your order has been processed and verified.
Once an order has been placed, we cannot add, remove, or change any items or shipping addresses.
If an incorrect delivery address is provided when placing an order, we cannot be held responsible for the package and cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.
If you realize that you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately through our Contact Us page. We can only make address corrections if the order has not yet been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier. We cannot guarantee replacement packages or refunds for lost or stolen deliveries.
