What began as a personal interest in taking watches apart, understanding how they worked, changing details and building pieces I actually wanted to wear eventually became something bigger. I’m Shani, the person behind C11 , and every watch you see here began with an idea I wanted to bring to life.
I’ve never been interested in simply putting a name on a watch and calling it mine. C11 is about the process. Choosing the case, the dial, the movement, the hands, the smallest details — then bringing everything together piece by piece.
Some designs are clean and understated. Others are louder, unusual, or inspired by watches and moments I’ve always loved. There isn’t one formula, because that was never the point. Every C11 piece should have its own character.
These aren’t watches made by the thousands. Many are built in small numbers, and some are made only after you order them. That means your watch may take a little longer to reach you but it also means there are actual hands, time and attention behind the piece you receive.
For me, C11 represents the next chapter, taking something I genuinely love and creating it my own way.
